At NW Fitness we like to sit down with prospective clients and run through our lifestyle questionnaire in which we take your individual needs into account, discuss and set motivational, agreed goals.
For personal training clients we perform a health check involving a blood pressure reading, body fat % testing with skinfold calipers and body measurements. NW Fitness operates a strict “no scales” policy. We do not believe that taking your weight is an effective way of monitoring your progress.
You will be asked to fill out a seven day nutrition diary to understand your current food and drinking habits.
