It is also important to have progress trackers in place to monitor how you’re performing. This could be progress photos, body fat checks and tracking performance goals previously set.
We do not believe that taking your weight is an effective way of monitoring your progress.

You will be asked to fill out a seven-day nutrition diary to understand your current food and drinking habits as this is a big part of building lasting long term healthy habits.
