Within training sessions, you will be offered varied, innovative and enjoyable workouts that are designed to maximise effectiveness in a positive environment. Methods such as boxing training and cross fitness are just a few techniques employed. We can also train outdoors!
Training with a friend or two can help to increase motivation and enjoyment experienced throughout your sessions and you can do this with the Group Personal Training option we provide. This option has proven to be cost effective if you find one-to-one training to be outside of your budget.
NW Fitness runs a high-intensity circuit training class on Tuesday evenings 7.10 – 8 pm at Just Gym in Oldhurst. This class is open to all fitness levels and delivers a challenging workout in a friendly, fun environment. The class is limited to 12 participants to ensure a high-quality service.
