Hey, I’m Alana and I’m really excited to be part of the NW Fitness team!
Being involved in sports since a young age, I knew which path I wanted to take and knew that physical activity was going to be at the forefront of it. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone can and should enjoy exercise, they just need to find what’s right for them; what their motivation is and what makes them happy. Health and fitness isn’t ‘one size fits all’ and this is what I bring to my coaching. I want to continue to break down those barriers to fitness, especially for women, helping them feel confident in and out of the gym and realise that lifting weights is damn empowering!
